  • The initial Nutritional Review can take 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow up sessions last between 45–90 minutes, depending on the service. I provide clear guidance beforehand, so you know what to expect.

  • For the most part, YES! Nutritional deficiencies can cause questionable behaviors in children of all ages, however, children 5 and older are better suited to be active participants in their own wellness. I tailor strategies to meet each child’s individual needs.

  • Every child is unique, so timelines vary. That being said, it takes the body 21-28 days to renew itself from the cellular level. So many families notice positive changes in focus, mood, and behavior within a few weeks when nutrition and supportive strategies are consistently applied.
